EXHIBITING AT THE FESTIVAL
BOOKING FOR 2024
The Isle of Wight Garlic Festival is a two day food and entertainment show - held in the heart of the Island set against a stunning backdrop of rolling greens hills, situated just outside of the village of Newchurch. The festival features hundreds of stalls, from catering, food, arts and crafts and business pitches.
Included in the cost of exhibiting with us are the following benefits:
TWO DAYS TRADING – 10AM TO 6PM BOTH SATURDAY AND SUNDAY. TRADE STANDS ARE SOLD FOR BOTH DAYS ONLY.
TWO ADMISSION TICKETS WITH ADDITIONAL TICKETS AVAILABLE AT A DISCOUNTED RATE FOR THE WEEKEND.

When you contact us please provide information on the type of products you sell and photos of recent exhibitions or shows you have attended. This will help us send you the correct booking information. Please ensure that your application and payment reach us as soon as possible.
Please note it is our policy in the first instance to re-invite our existing exhibitors to book trade space.
CATERING
Contracts for catering concessions are dealt with separately to applications for trade stand space. Please ensure you include a photograph of your products/stand set up, failure to do so may impede selection to exhibit with us. We can be fussy! All information you send will help us to make an informed decision about your application.

BAR/ALCOHOL
We are not accepting any bar or applications to sell alcohol.
