The Isle of Wight is renowned for it’s abundance of food producers, and it just so happens that most of them are just minutes from our festival site in the stunning Arreton Valley, or just a few miles up the road! See below some of the wonderful producers that will be appearing at this years festival.

 

The Garlic Farm

Growing it, cooking with it and everything in between, The Garlic Farm have been growing garlic for 60 years.. You can taste it in the air, as they are just down the road in Newchurch. See their huge variety in the garlic marquee and beyond in every form possible!

The Tomato Stall

The festival’s closest neighbour! The Tomato Stall’s award winning tomatoes are produced just across the road! You will find a wide variety of tomatoes in the food marquee and in our Theatre Kitchen to try and buy! Little mouthfuls of sunshine!.

SLAB Artisan Fudge

Fudging Fabulous! Locally made in Cowes and the most dreamy fudge you ever did see! The festival special ‘The Dark Destroyer’ - dark chocolate, black garlic and chilli dream sells out every year!

A.E. Brown Farms

Sweet and juicy sweetcorn smothered in hot garlic butter, does it get any better than that? The sweetcorn on the Wave Project’s charity BBQ has travelled a matter of minutes from A.E Brown Farms in Arreton, just along the road from the festival site!

Tipsy Wight

Tipsy Wight produce gorgeous award winning flavoured vodkas and vodka liqueurs from 100% natural ingredients they grow or forage on their family farm, on the banks of the River Medina.

The Island Bakers

The Island Bakers are renowned for their award winning and hand crafted cakes and sour dough. Using local ingredients, their goods are sure to be a tempting treat for anyone! Find them in the food marquee!

Frostbite Bakery

The lovely Ellie and Louisa create the most amazing cakes and desserts we’ve ever seen! New to their ever growing list of things they offer is artisan coffee from their retro van Laurelie! Find them inside and outside the food marquee at the festival.

The Green Barn

The Green Barn - Isle of Wight Dairy Goats, is a family run dairy goat farm in Yarmouth, producing a range of fresh, artisan goats milk produce. Loved by chefs across the Island and beyond, we are delighted to welcome them back to the show this year. You’ll find them in the food marquee, as well as in our theatre kitchen over the weekend, joining our weekend of foodie talks.

Isle of Wight Honey

Mary Case keeps her hives mainly in the West Wight. Producing honey from different locations gives each batch its own unique flavour. Mary sells set and clear honey, Honey comb, beeswax candles, beeswax polish and hand made soap in our Bazaar marquee.

Mrs Bucketts Kitchen

It’s not fudge, it’s tablet! Mrs Bucketts Homemade Artisan Award Winning Tablet. Made from an Old Family Recipe. You will find Mrs B in one of our arts and crafts marquees with the other wonderful crafty makers.

Wight Salt

Natural hand-harvested Isle of Wight Sea Salt from the mineral rich waters of Ventnor Bay. Explore the Taste the Waves collection in our food marquee, including seasoning sprays and crystals. Established last year, Simon Davis will be joining us once again this year in our theatre kitchen for a talk on how to use his collection.

The no-so-tiny tea tent is packed full of tasty treats, teas and coffees, including the now famous Garlic Cheese Scone & Garlic Butter!
