FESTIVAL FUN

Set in the stunning Arreton valley just outside of the pretty village of Newchurch; now world famous for it’s abundance of wonderful food producers, we have the perfect setting for our quirky and pungent festival.

With so many festivals popping up over the years, we have tried to keep the roots of our lovely summer show within the community while still moving with the times… keeping it rooted in the style that helped start it in 1983. We are the Island’s biggest summer show, with live music, arena entertainment, live shows and a most importantly fantastic food. There is something for the whole family and we work hard to offer a varied experience over the weekend.

At the heart of the festival is of course Britain’s best most loved and pungent garlic, produced right here on the Isle of Wight, in Newchurch by the multi award-winning Garlic Farm. Working with the farm we are able to offer a truly magnificent garlic experience. You’ll find it everywhere, to eat, drink and buy.

The show is not just garlic, it is packed full of entertainment! We have a live music stage with bands playing throughout the day, Camp Garlic with free arts and crafts, airstream stage with magic, games, dress up tent and more! Plus The Flying Seagull Project are back once again with their silliness and circus! Arena entertainment includes talented animals, falconry, alpacas and a Fun Dog Show both days, plus arena two will have bmx tricksters flying through the air!
